I was wondering if anyone out there
would have a program that could do the T1's
of C-13 but observe 1H (like a reverse DEPT) for
an AM series. I am working on a peptide system
at very low concentrations, so finding the T1's
of certain carbons by looking at the 1H side would
be most efficient....
