e-mail to Germany

If you (or anyone else at your site) has installed a Silicon Graphics
version of the unix with Xwinnmr1.1, you may find that you can neither send
nor receive e-mail to Germany. As it turns out, that computer broadcasts
that it is in Germany. There is a simple solution to this problem. In the
file /etc/config/routed.options add the -q option, then stop and restart routed.

After going nuts over this for some time, I find that this was a known
problem to Bruker. This is the sort of thing, that it would be friendly if
someone at Bruker would put on this bulletin board once they know it. Not
everyone should have to re-invent the wheel. It wasn't even my computer
that was causing the problem.
