two bugs in xwinnmr 1.1

(I) After a 3D measurement (HSQC-TOCSY) I wondered about the funny spectrum.
There is a problem with the processing parameter aqorder and a new
acquisition parameter aqseq. The latter apparently will be set wrongly on my
AMX. Although the pulse programs I use are written for the acquisition order
3-1-2 the instrument for some reason assumes 3-2-1 and this can not be
remedied by the aqorder processing parameter. The current work around, if
your 3D spectra also look funny, is to reset the aqseq parameter as status
parameter after the measurement by typing 3s aqsec and choose 3-1-2.
(II) The echo/antiecho type of 2D data acquisition requires some difficult
data handling and storing. In the Bruker pulse program library you find the
pulse sequence invieagssi as an example. On my AMX, this pulse program
nicely forgets about the first two fids in each 2D spectrum.

Our dear friends at Bruker headquarters know about the problems and are
working on them.
