I recently received a request to apply C-13 CP/MAS to quantify
domain sizes in a series of phase separated urethanes. I am
planning to try a Goldman-Shen experiment on these samples to
measure proton spin diffusion rates (via C-13 observe) and from
these rates, extract domain sizing. This is a new ballgame for me
and so I would love to hear from anyone with experience with this
experiment. Also, I will run these on an AMX-400; does anyone
have a pulse sequence available which could be sent to me?
