UTP and NMR

Our building is going to be cabled using UTP (unshielded twisted pair) cables
over a fiber optics backbone. There is uncertainty whether there will be
interference between a UTP based network and NMR instruments. Is there any
installation which has UTP and NMR. If so should any special precautions be
take. Should there be a minimum distance between UTP cables and NMR
instruments? Thank you very much
