Has anybody used HCANH sequence. The sequence I have has broadband
decoupling for CO during C-alpha pulses and during N15 evolution. I am
trying to modify so that it uses selective shaped pulses for CO and
C-alpha. We need to use this sequence because we have the N and NH
assignments. We need the CH assignments. And also whether this sequence is
good for 90% N15 and 25% C13 enriched protein. The reference I have is Kay
et al in press JMR 1991. Your suggestions will be helpful.
