This is an excelent way to produce a list of files for input into the
FILESPEC module described in the PASCOM manual, especially if you
use the :N option as Jim Bloxsidge pointed out in another posting.
One word of caution, though, this information is lost if the file
is copied to floppy.

Using the DIR:N and the FILESPEC module effectively does this.

If you specify an extension (e.g. ABC.DIR) it will override the default.
