magnitude calculation in WIN NMR

Can anyone shed light on a problem we have encountered trying to do a
magnitude calculation with WIN NMR versio 4.2?

On some files we get the error message divide by zero, and the program
crashes. This is hard to understand! What are we doing wrong?
