Source of y-axis scale used for EPR spectra

I'm looking for information about the Bruker ESP300 EPR spectrometer. It
produces spectra with an arbitrary y-axis scale. Is there any information
available about the source of the scale, e.g. does it relate to the ADC or to
the detector voltage? If you have any information about this topic, would you
