Bug in DISR94?

One of the users of our AM300 recently had occasion to play around with
reseting the MI parameter in DISR94 and came upon an unusual situation. When
his job file is loaded it brings into memory the MI parameter stored in the
file along with the CY parameter. In his case the value of CY is zero. Upon
changing the value of CY to, say, 10 the value of MI changes to a ridiculously
large negative number. I can understand this since rescaling from zero to some
other number would involve rescaling MI using a zero value but the really
strange part is yet to come. If one now trys to manually set MI from DISNMR
it will not accept a value! It can be set from within EP but not manually
from DISNMR. Has anyone else noticed this or can anyone else try this to see
if it is really a bug?
