Just try GNU emacs .................
Well, on my AspectStation (64 MB memory) it takes 5 seconds on the first
start and 2 seconds for the second start, when the program still resides
in memory. It's 1.5 MB big!

You're right with the missing wrap. The colours on my station are identical
both for the text and the help window. I think that your colourmap is already
used completely by other programs. I recommend to read the chapter
"customisation" in /usr/local/lib/nedit/nedit.doc and set the foreground and
background colours like those for all your other X-programs (like xterm),
so that nedit does not use new colours.
