MSL Woes continue

It's me again. While trying to get BRUKNET to run, I discovered last week
that the LCD display is broken. I'm 100% sure that the problem is with the
panel by swapping it into a working MSL (we have 2 on site). I've also
discovered that I can't run DISMSL or BRUKNET with the LCD panel in its
current state: It seems to get stuck perhaps waiting for the LCD. Since
then, I've discovered that if I unplugged the LCD after starting DISMSL,
then it works but the printer doesn't work.
For most things, the LCD display is pretty much useless. But, I do need it
for the image display routine and to get printouts. So, I would really like
to get it fixed or replaced. I've already contacted Bruker, but I haven't
gotten an answer on the availability of a replacement. Does anyone here
know of another source?
