Thank you to all of those who responded to my call for help about a week ago
regarding the acquisition lockup problem on our DPX-200.
Suggested solutions ranged from: replacement of the RCU and TCU boards, to
dumping XWINNMR in favor of the old UXNMR (not an option here because we
don't have a copy of UXNMR).
A couple of people, including Tim Kelly at Bruker suggested reseating the boards
in the CCU cardcage- so this is what I tried and I have to say that it has so
far been successful. There have been no lockups in the last week since I
reseated the boards, while they occurred about 1/day prior to that time. I am
keeping my fingers crossed. Others who are having this problem might want to
give this a try.
