Hello BUMers.
When observing 19F on an AC-300 with a quad probe, is the proton decoupler
available the same as it is during 13C-observe? Or is this prevented by the
switching and probe re-tuning which occurs when one changes from 13C-observe
to 19F-observe?
I'm interested in
1. CPD decoupling of all protons during 19F acquisition,
2. and/or being able to do some hard pulses on the protons.
Thanks in advance for any information you can give me.
