Description: A full time position is available at Yale University for an
NMR applications scientist with expertise in solution and/or solid-state
NMR. The applicant would have two major responsiblities. First, they would
serve as a facilities manager for two high field (500 MHz and 600 MHz)
Varian NMR spectrometers and be responsible for maintenance and upgrades.
Second, they would interact on scientific projects with graduate students and
postdoctoral associates in several research groups involved in structural
studies of membrane proteins. Both solids and liquids facilities at 500, 600
and 800 MHz are available for this work.
Salary: ~$35,000/yr
Requirements: Ph.D. level scientist with training in solution and/or solid-
