I am trying to measure the heteronuclear long range coupling constants
from inverse homonuclear 2D NMR Spectra. I used the pulse sequence for
a homonnuclear TOCSY with heteronuclear long range coupling published
J. Magn. Reson. 98, 142-146, 1992. But it doesn't work. It should have
diagonal peak, the spectra didn't have any diagonal peak after processing.
Does anyone try this experiment? or Could anyone give me some
clue or idea?
I appreciate any help and suggestion.
By the way, I am working on AMX500 NMR spectrometer.
