Logs on Aspect-3000

The subject of billing for NMR (and other) usage is rearing its ugly
head around here again, and I need some ideas. The 2 ACs are too stupid
to do their own accounting (I think...) and logbooks are: too hard to
add up and inaccurate. So, what do you Aspect-3000 owners do to keep
track of usage/bill for time?
