We have found recently our stock of loan parts is rather depleted of stock.
Could anyone who has had any boards or units sent for exchange, or loan
please check if the faulty/exchange unit has been returned to us. It may be
sat in your stores, or a cupboard waiting for a Bruker visit!
These loan/exchange parts enable the Service Department to get your
instrument back in operation in the quickest possible time. So we do need
them returning to us as soon as possible after they have been exchanged in
your spectrometer, so we can repair them and put them back in stock.
If anyone does have any parts that need to be sent back, if you want to you
can email me, I can arrange collection from our carriers.
