SpekPrep NMR format

I have never heard of this format before because I'm novice and very new
to the field of NMR spectroscopy. I would appreciate if someone could
extend some info regarding the above mentioned format as well as
possible interconversion between say Lybrics, UXNMR, Win-NMR formats and
SpekPrep.

Also, I wonder, Is there any way to convert UXNMR or Win-NMR files
directly to XY format? i.e., test.1R to text.XY.
