We have an early AMX-500 which has recently sufferred a disk-crash. The
interface is an SMD (rather than SCSI), which makes sourcing a
replacement disk problematic. I recently heard that someone was now
producing a relatively inexpensive board which allows you to attach a
more standard disk (as used on SCSI or PC) to the SMD interface. Does
anyone know anything about this (source, price, etc?)
