AC 200 power

We've got an old AC 200 instrument that we had to crate up and store while
our building was being remodeled. We are getting ready to move back in, but
I can't find a copy of the AC 200 site planning guide.

What I do have says that it needs 20A 208VAC 60Hz 3 phase power in one
place, and 120VAC 60Hz 16 amp single phase in another. I have a note that
specified 208 3 phase, but if I remember correctly, it only seemed to use
one phase.

Has anybody got an old AC 200? Do you remember what it's power requirements are?
