Just a brief introduction of my own: I am working for the Food and Drug
Analysis Unit of the Joint Research Centre of the European Community in
Ispra, Italy. We are running two Bruker spectrometers (400 ARX, 500 AMX)
which are mainly used for authentication of different food and flavors using
the Deuterium-SNIF-NMR technique. In this field I also have obtained my
previous expertise.
