We have a Bruker ARX-300 spectrometer equipped with B-VT-2000 Eurotherm Unit
for routine applications. The variable temperature unit was working fine
(the last time the unit was used, was in February), but all of a sudden seem
to malfunction now.
The problem is both front panel indicators, Liquid Nitrogen "refill" and
"empty" were ON, even when the DEWAR is filled upto the neck with liquid
nitrogen. We checked for bad fuses in the rear panel and they all seem to
be fine. The heater seem to work fine and the the problem seem to be with
low temperature sensor, I don't know.
Does anyone encountered similar problems with Eurotherm Unit ? All
suggestions are appreciated.
