Parameter set for NOESY

Dear colleagues,
I would like to do some NOESY spectra on polymers to study the conformation
in solution. The problem is that I have a parameter set on the computer
that I think is not optimized for this equipment. Does anyone have a good
parameter set for a Bruker AMX-300?.
If I like to know internuclear distances what
a good sample could I run?.
