First of all, I'd like to know if a program for the HSQC-NOESY sequence
allready exists in the Bruker library (I only found the NOESY-HSQC (ex.
noesiif3gs193d) family). Could someone give me the name or the net
adress?
After having done my first 3D noesiif3gs3d experiment I encounter some
difficulties in doing the processing (I've read the manuals...) in
XWINNMR. (I don't have FELIX).
1) is there an easy way to print the 3D "spectrum"? Until now I had to
use snapshot to picture the screen...(!).
2) Is there (on net?) a free and user friendly program more conveniant
than the xwin?
3) I have something that seems to be the equivalent of an axial peak (2D)
in the middle of the F3 dimension (dc off., <underline>TPPI
</underline>set up, transmitter break-through?) . Do you think it is
possible to solve the problem by applying a window function before doing
the FT? And if yes, how to do this in XWIN?
