Two post-doctoral fellowships are available at the University of Durham
(UK) in the research group of Professor Robin K. Harris.
a) Studies by NMR (using magic-angle spinning) of adsorption on
activated carbon. Available for about one year, commencing preferably 1
October 1998.
b) NMR studies of mesoporous solids (of the MCM type) and their
formation. Available for about one year, commencing preferably 1 August
1998. This project is part of an E.U. consortium, with samples prepared
and characterised (by methods other than NMR) at other instiutes across
Europe. Applicants must be citizens of the E.U. but NOT of the U.K.
