lockdisplay timeout

Hello everyone,
I am wondering if I am the only one who continues to have lockdisplay
timeout problems using various recent versions of xwinnmr? For me, they
started around xwinnmr 1.3 patchlevel 7, and have continued with further
patchlevels, as well as with xwinnmr 2.0 and xwinnmr 2.1; although the
problems are not as bad with xwinnmr 2.1 as they were with some of the
other versions. It seems odd to me that I never had these problems with
early patchlevels of xwinnmr 1.3 or xwinnmr 1.2. These problems occur on
our dpx, drx and dmx consoles, but are clearly the worst on the dpx
console. I have gotten little or no help from Bruker regarding this
problem, but I find it hard to believe that I am the only one who sees it.
It used to be that I would reboot the CCU when the lockdisplay timeout
occurred, but I have since found that I can momentarily disconnect the LCB
rs232 cable and this clears the problem. This is not a huge inconvenience
for many users, but for our undergraduate classes it is (where they have
difficulty figuring out most any procedure).
If you have this problem and are annoyed by it please let me know.
