Recently we have been getting an RCU timeout error with many of our runs on
a DRX400 instrument. The specific error message is "RCU timeout RCU1
didn't react on exit command after exit of TCU killing RCU process now",
the acquisition is then terminated. The RCU board was replace, but the
error occurred again today. However, on the run which was completed prior
to the user who got the error message there were no problems with the
acquisition. I do not know if this is related, but the earlier user was
running an acquisition with a long delay and the later user ran an
acquisition with a short delay. Has anyone else received this error
message and what was done to correct the problem? Thanks for your help!
