I tried to set up a HSQC-TOCSY experiment(2D, 1H-13C) on a DRX500 but was
not successful. I used the "invidigssi" program from XWINNMR 2.0 package
and the "invidif3gssi" program with modification to f2 version. The
spectrum showed up mirror images against the F1=0Hz line (no F1 frequency
discrimination). Very bad indeed.
I ended up with using a HMQC-TOCSY which worked fine. But I am very curious
why the HSQC-TOCSY experiments didn't work at all. Has anyone used the
pulse programs successfully? Also, for the "invidif3gssi" program, does
anyone know which paper it was derived from?
I would appreciate any help on this subject. My Bruker contact (Mark O'Neil
Johnson) is out of town for two weeks but I'd like to get the puzzle solved
sooner.
