BVT3300

Does anyone out there have a set of instructions for using a BVT3300
equipped with a LN2 exchanger for low temperature work? I've printed out
the technical manual which doesn't really explain how to use the thing so
is there info somewhere else that I'm missing? I tried 'winging' it this
morning, but the lock was so unstable I discontinued. I'm using dry
nitrogen gas, and I tried both the standard and ceramic spinners, and
varying the flow rate as well to no avail. Also, I jury-rigged a clamp from
an old system to hold the flexible hose to the probe - what are we supposed
to use - duct tape?
Thanks
Valerie
