`man amtime1970` will help:
amtime1970 (1M) - print current seconds since Jan. 1, 1970, or
convert between local time and seconds since Jan. 1, 1970.
for example:
xtp821:barlowgk [10:47] ~ 117 # amtime1970 -d 913371364
