I had this problem a couple if years ago and Bruker supplied new key
tops, for a price of course. I don't remember the exact cost but it
was neither expensive nor cheap. It hurt but we could afford it and
that, given our South African Rand, is significant.
On a related matter, some years ago we cleaned a spinner with the
wrong solvent and the tachometer marks were damaged. Bruker supplied
new tapes. So far we've used two and I think I have quite a lot
remaining so, if anyone needs one, please ask.
