I have recently upgraded my AMX-400 (O2 workstation) to XWINNMR 2.5. When I
change the spectral width, the software automatically changes the filter
width (FW) to approximately 1.2 times the spectral width which results in
severe quad images. I can reset FW and every thing works fine. This
problem is very aggravating when you set up a series of experiments and
forget to change the filter width. This problem does not occur on an
Avance-300 running XWINNMR 2.5 in the lab.
This is not on Bruker's known list of product features / bugs and I have not
gotten any replies from Bruker. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Any solutions?
