Phase sensitive COSY

I have been asked to get the phase sensitive COSY experiment working.
I tried using the Bruker parameter set COSYTPSW as written and that
didn't work. After looking in 100 and more NMR experiments the only
difference I could notice was the phase cycling. I changed the pulse
program to match the phase cycling in the book and that didn't improve
anything. Has anyone used the Bruker parameters set successfully what
(if anything) needed to be changed? I'll send more information about my
experiment design to those who would be interested in helping me. No
sense in wasting bandwidth.
