On our old AMX system with an SGI Indy computer I was using an external 2
gig DAT drive for archiving but with our upgrade to an Avance 500 and an SGI
- O2 computer which has larger hard drives, it takes a few tape exchanges to
do a backup. I would like to find out what other users are doing for
archiving and specifically if anyone has connected up an external scsi DDS-2
HP 8 gig DAT drive system to an SGI - O2 computer? Thanks!
