low temperature experiments

Hello,

I have two questions concerning probes.

We are interested in performing (slightly) reduced temperature
experiments. Ideally we would like to acquire data at 15 degrees C
for perhaps a week.

We reduce the temperature by allowing N2 gas from a dewer into the
probe. After we did this overnight, we had trouble wobbing the probe.
In addition, we are concerned that the N2 gas may damage the shim
system.

Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, any advice would be
very welcome, in particular, if there is a low cost solution.

The second question is about finding documentation for our TBI probe
used on our 600. If anyone knows of how to find information
concerning specifications for acceptable duty cycles, operational
temperature, ..., we would be very grateful to know.

Thanks very much,
Brian
