Good morning BUMers,
We have recently got our gradient system up and running on our AMX-500 and
now I can fully appreciate what we have been missing! I have set up the gs
COSY, PS-DQF-COSY, HMQC, and HMBC and they work incredibly well. When I
went to set up gs-TOCSY and NOESY however, the only pulse programs I could
find in our pp library are the ones using the 3-9-19 pulse sequence for
water suppression, which I don't need, e.g. mlevgstp19.2 and noesygstp19.2.
Does anyone know where I can find the non water suppression versions of
these programs or how I would modify these programs to remove that part?
