Dear colleagues:
The latest version of the freeware NMR data processing program MestRe-C (2.2
for Windows 95/98/2000/NT) has just been released.
MestRe-C 2.2 is an upgrade of version 2.1.1 that includes the following new
features and bug fixes:
- A magnifying glass tool has been added
- The JEOL converter has been improved and now can deal with data coming from
more kind of spectrometers.
- New functionality has been added to the 'measurement of coupling constants on
screen' module.
- New functionality has been added to the 'integration' module, including a
'thresholding' option.
- The phase correction routine has been improved and some bugs have been fixed.
- The 'Peak Picking' module has been improved:
Peak positions can now be printed above the peaks on screen
A peak picking list, formatted in a fashion appropriate for
publication in scientific journals, can be exported to a word processor.
The font of the peak picking list can now be changed.
Individual peaks can be removed from the peaks list.
- Copy data/Paste data functions have been added
- Plus the usual crop of bug fixes.
MestRe-C 2.2 can be downloaded from the following anonymous ftp repository:
