The exact formula is:
AQ = (TD + extraDwell(digtyp))/(2*SW*SFO1)
Of course, SW*SFO1=SW_p, but this is correct only after the acquisition
is finished and processing has been done once.
extraDwell is a number between 0 and 3 which depends on the digitizer
(HADC+ = 1 or 3, FADC = 2, IADC = 4, others = 0) and describes the number of
dwells which must be fed to the digitizer, before the first real point
comes out from the pipeline.
