Dear all,
We have just installed IRIX 6.5.11, NMRSuite2.6 and patchlevel 5 on our
SGI-O2/ARX250. Installation went fine (We had problem with ec1 connection
to the world when we first installed IRIX 6.5.5 version. Now with IRIX
6.5.11 ec1 problem seems to have gone away).
Our problem is with AU compilation. After compilation finishes, the
message window comes up and indicates some files or directories are
missing. For example, when we compile "calphinv" this is what we see after
it finishes:
"/u/prog/au/bin/calphinv.c:30: math.h: No such file or directory. In file
included from /u/prog/au/bin/calphinv.c.40: /u/prog/include/lib/libcb-h:
27: values.h No such file or directory"
The 2 files or directories which are not found seem to be "math.h" and
"values.h". Could anyone tell us how to install these 2 files? We have
already reinstalled xwinnmr2.6 and patchlevel 5, the installation window
showed that we have everything up to date. We can use the spectrometer for
all routine works except using AU commands such as "multizg" and
"calphinv". The problem seems to be related to C programming.
