making an X32 boot tape

Hi!

Does anyone remember how to make a boot tape
for an X32? I know I,have done it before hut I can't
seem to find the directions anywhere in my notes or
documentation.

This would be the tape that you would use to recover your
operating system as configured should your disk crash.
