Postdoctoral Fellowship at Wyeth

We are looking for strong candidates to fill a postdoctoral fellowship
in NMR Spectroscopy in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This position is in the
Discovery Analytical Chemistry group, part of Wyeth Research, and
involves the study of new methods to automate chemical structural
analysis.

The ideal candidate for this position will have completed his or her
Ph.D. by the summer or early fall or 2004. Candidates should possess a
strong chemistry background, particularly organic or medicinal
chemistry, and be fluent in the application of 1H and 13C NMR
spectroscopy in the characterization of small organic molecules. In
addition, candidates must have strong instrumentation skills and
significant computer programming experience.

Although this position will be based in Cambridge, Mass., we anticipate
that this project will involve collaboration with scientists in NMR, MS,
and chromatography at our other research sites in NY, NJ, and PA.
Therefore, you must have very good interpersonal skills and exceptional
