Dear BUMers,
Could anybody kindly share pulse sequences for measurements of carbonyl relaxation (longitudinal and transverse) in a protein?
Do you have any practical experience, which type of the sequences is better - HN(CO) or H(CA)(CO)?
The setup is triple channel 500 MHz spectrometer and a 13 kDa protein.

All the best in the New Year!

Best wishes,
                          Jan Lang
