Hi all
I have come to know about HMBC with 2 bond heterocorrelation experiment (H2BC) and wondering hear and there to get a pulse programme and usefull tips to execute it for small molecule study on my Avance 300 machine loaded with Xwin 3.0 version software. Although, the authers web site of this experiment have given the pulse programme for Xwin 2.6 version and I am confused whether to use it as such or any modifications needed before executing it. My humble request to Bruker users to help me out to solve the problem with their experience. Also, I will be grateful if one can donate a pulse programme suitable to my instrument specifications with small hints about important parameters like cnst15, d2, d3 etc.
