simultaneous 1H and 19F decoupling

Hi all,

I am sure that x nucleus observation with the simultaneous 1H and 19F
decoupling can be performed on a console of 3 channels ( 2 full band and 1
low frenquency band) plus a TXO( 1H 19F and X) probe. However, I am not
sure what kind of pulse sequence shall I choose for the above purpose. And
any important notes?

Another question, is it possible to perform the same experiment with a QNP
probe?
