9TH INTERNATIONAL BOLOGNA CONFERENCE ON MAGNETIC RESONANCE IN POROUS MEDIA
                                 (MRPM9)

July 13-17, 2008, Cambridge, MA, USA

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Please circulate the following announcement and call for papers to
your colleagues.

The Ninth International Bologna Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Porous
Media will travel to the US for the first time, and be held in the
Cambridge/Boston area on July 13-17, 2008 at the facility of
Schlumberger-Doll Research, One Hampshire Street, Cambridge, MA USA.

The conference (MRPM9) is devoted to the progress of Magnetic Resonance
techniques to further our understanding of Porous Media, and to stimulate
the contact among people in academia and industry. The conference will also
incorporate the 8th Colloquium on Mobile NMR (CMMR8). Topics will include
innovative techniques to study structure, behavior of fluids, and their
interactions in natural and artificial materials, including rocks, cements,
biological tissues, foodstuffs, wood, particle packs, sediments,
