Appointments (Medical) –To book an appointment with the health care team, please call reception at 905-525-9140 ext. 27700. You will be asked about the nature of your visit to ensure that an appropriate amount of time is booked to address your concerns.

Appointments (Counselling) – you can book your initial appointment by calling 905-525-9140 x 27700 or visiting reception. Together, you will explore support options and decide on your pathways to receive support.  

Stress Less Drop-In Online

Explore the similarity and differences between stress, anxiety, and fear, identify stressors, explore stress physiology, discuss existing stress management strategies, and introduce progressive muscle relaxation.

 

McMaster Student Assistance Plan

Undergraduate: Virtual, on-demand counselling and academic-life services for students, roommates and immediate family members.

Graduate: Crisis and non-crisis support for personal performance, well-being, growth, career, relationships and finances.

Open Circle – Online Reflection Circles

Reflection Circles are a safe space for connecting with your self and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week – no need to signup!
