PR command

I'm trying to set up to observe 12Mg and have to use the PR command but
I find that in the uxnmr manual it isn't documented! When I type 'PR' I
get a window with 0,l1,l2,H1,H2,H3,H4,L1,L2,L3,L4 in it. From my DISNMR
days I would take these to mean 0 for off, Ix for proton, Hx for high
range X nucleii and Lx for low range nucleii. Does anyone have the exact
meanings of these parameter values?
