Cleaning 2.5 SSNMR rotors

I've been having difficulty removing residual amounts of polymer from my
2.5 mm solid state rotors. Does anyone know if these can be exposed to
high temperatures to burn off whatever is left inside? What is the
temperature limit for the material that makes up the rotor?
