I would like to start running 1H-15N HMQC experiments on our AMX-500.
Can anybody direct me to a concise listing of 15N chemical shifts
and 15N-1H coupling constants (over 1 to 4 bonds)? I could also use some
practical advice (amount of sample, convenient set-up compound, wheter or
not to use bird pulse schemes, appropriate delays, etc...) Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
